Scholarships

FAFSA

The Federal Student Aid FAFSA application allows students to apply for federal grants, loans, and work study funds to help pay for college or career school. Completing the FAFSA determines eligibility for federal, state, and some institutional financial aid programs.

Summer Opportunities (High Schoolers)

Rush MedSTEM Pathways

 MedSTEM Pathways is a paid summer internship running June 15 to July 31, 2026, offering high school students hands on experience in healthcare and STEM fields at Rush and partner organizations. Interns participate in work based learning and career focused classes to build essential skills, strengthen college readiness, and earn industry recognized credentials.

2026 UI Health/University of Illinois Chicago Urban Health Program The Ambassador Pre-Health Summer Program offers the following:

  • Individual Career Mapping
  • Test Preparation Courses
  • Access to Learning Resources and Health Professions Workshops
  • Community Based Experience and Volunteering Opportunities
  • Program designed for undergraduate students who are exploring careers in health professions
  • Eligible participants will receive paid stipend
